Each year, North Shore Area Partners coordinates over 60 volunteers to assist 200+ individual participants in eastern Lake County with a wide variety of services including homemaking, transportation, grocery & prescription delivery, in-home support & more! We need your help to ensure we can continue providing these essential services! This year, the volunteer board of directors of NSAP are offering to match $2000 of donations, to double the value of your gift! What Your Donation Could Provide
$20: Provides one hour of counseling to a caregiver
$50: Provides one half days worth of volunteer coordination
$100: Provides 4 rides from Silver Bay to medical appointments
$200: Provides 8 months of emergency phone service to an elder
$500: Provides gas to deliver meals on wheels for an entire year
$6000: Supports the entire program for one month
